She spent twenty years working across manufacturing and service industries before dedicating nearly the past decade to leadership development and consulting.

During her time in manufacturing, she held roles in project, program, portfolio, and process management working with both Gantt charts and Scrum boards. As a coach, trainer, and facilitator, she has impacted executives and emerging leaders around the world and across diverse sectors including technology, energy, construction and more.
