Project Execution in a Matrix Organization  

Large projects in large organizations often times use a Matrix organization. You may have numerous team members from various teams across the organizations working together on a project. How do we, as Project Managers, set ourselves and others up for success in these situations? Our guest speaker, Eric Averill, will share with you his experiences working in a large, global organization. 

  About the Speaker: Eric Averill, Dematic

Eric would best describe himself as a Material Handling and Fulfillment Professional. His career includes a 20-year journey (almost) that led him to a Project Management role with Amazon from 2017 through 2020. Other experiences that round out his professional career include Fulfillment Operations, system design, project management, and now his current role as Director of Product Management - Mobile and Robotic Solutions with Kion / Dematic.
